Welcome to Spanjorskan

The lively, bustling atmosphere of a "hole in the wall" on one of Madrid's back streets. The scents of roasted poultry from the rotisserie, whole turbot from the oven, prawns on the grill. The joy of food in San Sebastian. The saltiness of fresh seafood on large platters in Barcelona.

Visiting Spanjorskan at 42 Nybrogatan is like a brief journey to Spain, yet not quite.

Come for a refreshing gin and tonic after work or sit at the bar with a glass of fino and a bowl of salty Marcona almonds. Or gather the family in the leather sofas in our cosy booths and share a whole grilled squid and countless servings of small plates.

At Spanjorskan, the Rioja wine and conversations flow all evening over a table full of plates and glasses. Cheers!

The Spanish Tapas Lunch

We want there to be something for everyone who loves Mediterranean food and you can eat as much as you want. We don't have a fixed menu but vary ourselves according to what is available from our sharp suppliers. Fun for us who love to cook and fun for you as a guest!

FIESTA - Taste of Spanjorskan!

This is how we like to eat when we spend time with our near and dear ones.

The evening begins with delightful Spanish charcuterie of Iberico pork & Galician beef, served with pimientos and pommes allumette. We continue with a variety of tapas to share, brought in in rounds, and now an array of flavors and textures start to reveal themselves.

The Terrace - Year-Round

This is how we like to eat when we're with our close friends and family.

The evening begins with wonderful Spanish charcuterie from Iberico pork & Galician beef, served with pimientos and pommes allumette. We then continue with a selection of tapas to share, arriving in rounds, and now an array of flavours and textures start to make their presence known.

After these, it's time for one of our platter servings. Choose something delightful from the grill – fish, duck breast, or entrecôte that has been reared on green pastures. Everything from the grill, except for the duck breast, is served with green beans, salsa verde, and tarragon jus.
